Ironically, it is by embracing yourself as the work of art you are right now, whatever its incongruous brushmarks and apparent compositional flaws, that the doors to ever-greater wholeness open, more and more widely. EFT nourishes your lost ability to accept and love yourself exactly as you are right now, and therein lies power to change everything.
